Supports project managers with scheduling, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, earned value, audits, reporting, risk analysis, change management, and project reviews. Ensures project controls processes, financial systems, ERP tools, and data standards are consistently implemented. Tracks risks, opportunities, corrective actions, EACs, and change orders while coordinating across finance, operations, sales, engineering, and project teams. Leads Project Controls Analysts and promotes standardized tools, workflows, and reporting across a project portfolio.

Manages channel operations across distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners. Responsibilities include partner onboarding and expansion, sales forecasting, performance governance, dashboards, incentive and rebate administration, compliance, process improvement, data integrity, and cross-functional business planning. The role provides insights to leadership, drives operational efficiency, supports channel transformation, and improves partner engagement, revenue growth, and program adoption.

Lead long-term strategy and executive relationships for assigned Honeywell building-services accounts. Develop account growth, retention, and competitive migration strategies; identify cross-selling and consultative sales opportunities; negotiate complex contracts; and achieve orders, revenue, margin, and profit targets. Collaborate with internal teams, manage CRM activity and forecasts, build customer business cases, and position Honeywell solutions against customer needs and competitive alternatives.
