Provides clerical and reporting support to the Finance Department aboard a cruise ship. Responsibilities include credit card and gift order reconciliation, food cost reporting, transaction documentation, vendor invoice administration, inventory and bar counts, end-of-voyage reporting, guest statement processing, and maintaining onboard guest records. The role requires hospitality finance experience, accounting knowledge, strong communication and planning skills, computer proficiency, physical ability to work aboard a vessel, and availability seven days per week.

Operate and maintain ship navigation, engineering, electrical, and automation systems onboard cruise vessels. Develop professionally through training and mentorship, work collaboratively with multinational crews, ensure safe and efficient ship operations, and support passenger itinerary execution.

Maintains and repairs the ship’s electrical plant and associated high- and low-voltage systems. Supports repairs to power distribution, communications, safety, engine room, hotel, elevator, lighting, and related electrical systems. Coordinates work with the Duty Engineer and Chief Electrical Engineer, follows electrical safety procedures, assists IT with external communications, and complies with Seabourn HESS-MS and maritime safety requirements.
