Own strategy, execution, and growth of HighLevel's RCS and rich messaging product line: roadmap, sender onboarding/verification, carrier/aggregator partnerships, market expansion, fallback orchestration, analytics, pricing, and go-to-market. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce friction, ensure compliance, drive adoption, and optimize monetization while using data and customer insights to iterate and scale.

Lead Product Designer responsible for shaping product direction, elevating design quality, and mentoring designers across product pillars. Translate customer needs, business goals and technical constraints into polished, accessible experiences; own discovery through delivery, set design standards, run critiques and measure design impact.

12-month full-time SDET apprenticeship focused on test automation, API and integration work, and production-quality features. Apprentices build and ship code (often in Go), write design docs, work with distributed systems concepts, debug containerized workloads, and participate in on-call and CI/CD processes with mentorship and potential full-time conversion.
