Manage enterprise storage systems and SAN infrastructure, including HPE XP8 or Hitachi 5600 platforms, LUN allocation, zoning, replication, capacity planning, migration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, firmware upgrades, and disaster-recovery drills. Design and validate high-availability SAN fabrics, troubleshoot storage and networking issues, monitor utilization, coordinate OEM support, and assist L1/L2 teams. The role requires advanced storage and SAN switch certifications and at least seven years of experience.

Leads technical presales architecture for complex enterprise proposals, translating customer business needs into outcome-based solutions. Designs solution configurations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept; facilitates executive-level technical discussions; manages risks, stakeholders, partners, and sales pipelines; supports account planning, forecasting, upselling, and cross-selling. Advises customers on transformation strategies, value propositions, trade-offs, and technology trends while mentoring presales teams and sharing expertise.
