Lead and supervise copy and creative teams to develop high-level integrated concepts across digital and traditional channels. Present and sell ideas to clients, mentor junior staff, participate in hiring, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring creative excellence and production best practices.

Execute and optimize SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings. Use tools (SEMrush, Moz, Advanced Web Ranking, Google Analytics, Search Console) to find and fix technical SEO issues, perform keyword research, guide content strategy, manage link-building, monitor analytics, and report progress to teams and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams; GCC/international client experience is a plus.

Lead client-facing solution discovery and design of MarTech and AdTech architectures (CDPs, CRM, automation, analytics, DSPs). Produce scalable implementation roadmaps, lead pitches and proposals, collaborate with data/engineering/media teams, and drive reusable solution frameworks and thought leadership.
