Teams at GroundTruth

Design, build, and operate high-throughput backend services for an ad-serving platform. Work on distributed systems, concurrency, performance tuning, caching/streaming/storage integration, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and root-cause debugging. Ship incremental changes and own services end-to-end.

Manage monthly billing reconciliation and invoice generation across business lines; coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Collections, and auditors; assist month-end close and revenue estimates; maintain documentation for audits and compliance; review and book employee expenses; perform monthly expense analysis and ad hoc reporting; provide administrative support. Role requires night-shift flexibility to support global clients.

Manage and traffic mobile advertising campaigns in GroundTruth's ad-serving platform. Coordinate with Account Management, implement creatives, QA campaign setups, troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, report results, and ensure successful campaign fulfillment and month-end reconciliation.
