Teams at GroundTruth

Lead data analysis workstreams using large datasets and AWS analytics tools to define metrics, test hypotheses, perform root-cause analysis, produce insights and visualizations, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Administer, maintain, and optimize GroundTruth's Salesforce: manage users/security, configure objects/automation (Flows, validations, approvals), build reports/dashboards, ensure data quality, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and train/document for business stakeholders.

Manage monthly billing reconciliation and invoice generation across business lines, coordinate with operations, accounts, collections and auditors, support month-end revenue estimates and audit documentation, review and report employee expenses, analyze variances, maintain accurate bookings, and support ad hoc reporting and projects. Role requires night-shift flexibility to support global clients.
