The Engineering Manager leads the Data Engineering team, overseeing the design of scalable data pipelines using AWS technologies, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders on data-first initiatives.

Manage and traffic mobile advertising campaigns in GroundTruth's ad-serving platform. Coordinate with account teams, implement creatives, ensure campaign fulfillment, perform QA, troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, produce reporting and month-end reconciliations, and maintain Ad Ops documentation.

Manage monthly billing reconciliation and invoice generation across business lines; coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Collections, and auditors; assist month-end close and revenue estimates; maintain documentation for audits and compliance; review and book employee expenses; perform monthly expense analysis and ad hoc reporting; provide administrative support. Role requires night-shift flexibility to support global clients.
