Develop ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure for global exchanges, including market data and order routing adapters, OMS and EMS improvements, trading GUIs, and hardware/software latency optimization. The role requires C++ development, trading platform experience, knowledge of financial products and execution algorithms, and participation in end-to-end maintenance of a multi-location trading system. Linux, shell scripting, and Python are relevant supporting technologies.

Supports the HR team with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, employee record maintenance, HR database updates, event and training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and general administrative tasks. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and attention to detail while working full-time on-site in Mumbai.

The Accountant manages financial transactions, prepares financial statements, oversees accounts payable/receivable, ensures tax compliance, and supports audits.
