Develop ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure for global exchanges, including market data and order routing adapters, OMS and EMS improvements, trading GUIs, and hardware/software latency optimization. Linux, shell scripting, and Python are relevant supporting technologies.

Builds arbitrage models, oversees trade lifecycle, monitors risks and P&L, and coordinates with operations, compliance, and finance to ensure settlement and reporting accuracy.

The role involves overseeing offshore fund accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and timely reporting to clients, as well as managing complex audit issues.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; partner with hiring managers; maintain ATS and candidate pipelines; analyze hiring metrics; support employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

As an Arbitrage Trader, you will manage the execution of global arbitrage algorithms, monitor strategies for accuracy, and coordinate with trading counterparties.
