Engage with inbound users and prospects, conduct proactive outreach to target accounts, research and personalize messaging, manage leads in Salesforce and Grafana dashboards, conduct discovery conversations, meet pipeline targets, and collaborate with sales and marketing. The role requires Hindi and English fluency, strong communication and organization, resourcefulness, coachability, and technical curiosity.

Sell Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to new enterprise customers across India. Prospect, manage full sales cycle (demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations), meet quota, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, handle quotes and orders, and transition customers to Customer Success.
