Manage customer accounts, monitor campaign and behavioral data, identify growth and retention opportunities, prevent churn, and recommend improvements. Build relationships with marketing teams and founders, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and contribute to scalable customer success processes, documentation, and playbooks.
