Build and improve GoGuardian’s Pear Assessment platform across the full stack. Responsibilities include developing TypeScript and Node.js backend services, React interfaces, OpenSearch semantic search, scalable data pipelines, AWS cloud-native systems, MongoDB data models, and real-time classroom integrations. The role involves optimizing performance, reliability, and analytics, integrating AI services, collaborating cross-functionally, participating in architecture and code reviews, and maintaining strong testing and engineering standards.

Design, scale, and maintain cloud infrastructure for core products; improve observability and alerting; participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response with RCAs; modernize CI/CD and automation; support product teams on architecture and reliability best practices; implement security and compliance controls.

Lead QA strategy and execution for a product area: plan and run manual, API, integration, and automated tests; build and maintain automation frameworks; monitor CI/CD results; mentor QA engineers; assess release readiness; drive QA process improvements and adoption of AI-assisted testing workflows.
