Manage and enhance GoDaddy’s global Salesforce ecosystem, including configuration, customization, automation, reporting, data quality, integrations, monitoring, testing, releases, and deployments. Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver CRM solutions, support onboarding, resolve complex technical issues, train users, document processes, and mentor junior administrators. Develop solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components while improving platform performance and user experience.

Operate and improve GoDaddy’s large-scale Linux database infrastructure across Percona MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra. Responsibilities include maintaining database health, building observability and telemetry, improving performance, managing patching at scale, and automating operational processes. The role requires strong Linux administration, scripting, programming, open-source datastore experience, and experience operating services across hundreds of nodes or more.

Leads the architecture, delivery, and operation of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems. Drives greenfield initiatives, technical standards, observability, reliability, and cross-team engineering execution. Mentors engineers, leads design reviews and Agile ceremonies, resolves complex production issues, and promotes AI-assisted development and reusable cloud-native platforms. Requires extensive backend, AWS, database, infrastructure-as-code, distributed systems, and technical leadership experience.
