Partner with technology and compliance teams to deliver scalable, measurable, and defensible solutions.

Build and improve Ironclad contract lifecycle management workflows, including intake, approvals, document generation, e-signature, and post-signature tracking. Maintain templates, clause libraries, data structures, and reporting; monitor platform performance; resolve issues; and support releases. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, Security, and Finance to automate contracting processes, improve data quality, support migrations, and deliver scalable self-service solutions.

Leads complex technical programs across engineering, product, legal, and enterprise stakeholders. Owns cloud security control rollouts, remediation SLAs, audit readiness, prioritization frameworks, launch reviews, tooling deprecation, incident debriefs, and production-readiness assessments. Requires strong understanding of distributed systems, AWS infrastructure, security platforms, Kubernetes, SIEM/SOAR, metrics, logs, SLOs, and ML/LLM products. The role partners with senior engineering leadership and drives scalable program frameworks across multiple teams.
