Leads legal entity financial control and controllership activities, including accounting, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, variance analysis, intercompany balance resolution, governance materials, forecasting, and audit support. Partners with Treasury, Product Finance, and business teams to resolve reporting issues, manage controls, support change initiatives, and improve processes across banking products. Requires flexibility for global month-end schedules and strong stakeholder management.

Leads analytics strategy, governance, reporting product development, and complex operational data analysis for Global Operations. Designs scalable dashboards and automation, establishes coding and quality standards, manages initiative portfolios, evaluates risk, and presents executive insights. Partners with Product Management and senior leaders on decision-making, controls, adoption, and change management. Coaches analysts and developers while driving reusable analytics engineering and visualization practices.

Lead data management and governance for Enterprise Customer Profitability, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of profitability data. Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology to design data solutions, manage controls, test and validate pipelines, debug and write SQL/Oracle procedures, mentor junior staff, and support production. Drive strategic enhancements, stakeholder communications, and data quality improvements across global teams.
