Work in Client Protection queues to process claims, chargebacks and fraud alerts for cards and ATM transactions. Investigate suspicious activity, determine recovery opportunities, resolve disputes per Visa rules, meet productivity and accuracy KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Develop, implement and validate quantitative models and analytics for risk; extract and analyze large datasets; build code and model solutions (Python/SQL/LaTeX); produce technical documentation; support model risk management and communicate results to stakeholders and senior management.

Lead AI enablement for data, reporting, and analytics within Client Protection. Identify and validate AI use cases, run proofs of concept, pilot solutions, build user guides, present findings, and partner with stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring governance and compliance.
