Senior Manager on the Balance Sheet Management team responsible for forecasting balance sheet and net interest income, measuring interest rate risk, supporting stress testing, producing LOB forecasts and analytics, improving reporting and controls, preparing model documentation, and partnering with Treasury, LOBs and Finance to explain forecast drivers.

This role manages data for Profit products, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders, resolving data issues, and supporting audits. Responsibilities include testing, analysis, and process improvements to enhance data provision and reporting efforts.

Lead daily and monthly P&L production and analysis for equities structured and exotic products. Reconcile P&L with trader estimates, perform front-to-back reconciliations, drive month-end close and controls, liaise with front/middle office and support teams, manage process improvements, UAT/testing, and contribute to governance and risk remediation while supervising the team.
