Develop advanced analytics, AI/ML models, data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions for Identity and Access Management controls. Analyze identity and entitlement data to detect anomalies, toxic access, control gaps, and IAM risks. The role also embeds model governance, AI risk management, explainability, monitoring, audit traceability, and responsible AI practices while partnering with security, risk, audit, compliance, privacy, and technology stakeholders.

Owns IAM and SSO strategy, roadmaps, technology evaluations, authentication solution design, infrastructure releases, vendor deployments, compliance documentation, and stakeholder alignment. The role requires expertise in identity protocols, authentication technologies, directory services, cloud IAM integrations, Ansible deployments, Splunk troubleshooting, API concepts, security risk management, and large-scale global technology programs.

Perform independent market risk oversight for trading portfolios including daily VaR sign-offs, reporting, limits management, stress testing, and risk concentration analysis. Liaise with businesses and support functions, drive regulatory and system implementation projects, validate regulator submissions, and provide ad-hoc risk analysis, trend reporting, and cross-functional representation for migrations and large system changes.

Performs daily risk validation and analysis for OTC derivatives, including reviewing risk measures, explaining sensitivities, investigating valuation discrepancies, and coordinating with Front Office and technology teams. Supports cloud security governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Performs risk assessments, control validation, quality assurance reviews, and security approval evaluations. Maintains cloud control libraries, documents security processes and playbooks, tracks governance metrics, and identifies automation opportunities using Python. Partners with cloud and risk teams to align controls with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks.

Lead AI enablement for data, reporting, and analytics within Client Protection. Identify and validate AI use cases, run proofs of concept, pilot solutions, build user guides, present findings, and partner with stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring governance and compliance.

Support enterprise-wide HashiCorp Vault adoption by onboarding applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and automation solutions. Design secure integrations, implement authentication methods and secrets engines, resolve authorization and policy issues, and automate deployments using DevOps and infrastructure-as-code tools. Develop onboarding standards, playbooks, documentation, and reference architectures while advising application, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams. Contribute to secrets-management transformation, stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Lead design and delivery of AI-driven automation and intelligent agents for CFO operations. Translate business needs into scalable Copilot and RPA solutions, manage end-to-end project delivery, integrate systems, enforce governance and controls, and drive operational excellence using tools like UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau and SQL.

Lead global trade surveillance activities across equities, fixed income, and derivatives to identify market abuse and manipulation. Investigate compliance issues, analyze trading data, manage watchlists and surveillance models, document findings, and present reviews to senior management. Partner with global compliance and business teams, oversee daily processes, support migrations, manage employee performance, and develop cross-trained surveillance resources while ensuring internal controls and reporting standards.

Lead global trade surveillance across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and multiple regions. Monitor restricted and watch-listed securities, analyze trading data and exception reports, investigate potential market abuse and compliance issues, document findings, review surveillance parameters, and present reports to senior management. Manage day-to-day operations, employee performance, stakeholder expectations, regional migrations, controls, documentation, and cross-training within the Trade Surveillance team.

Support the syndication of Asset Backed Securities by analyzing transactions, preparing credit memos, conducting due diligence, and evaluating risks and returns.

Lead valuation control activities for Global Markets, including independent price verification, valuation adjustments, prudent valuations, and fair value hierarchy assessments. Analyze trading risk positions, derivatives, and market movements; oversee supervisory reviews, governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. Partner with front office, finance, risk, operations, technology, and global valuation teams to resolve issues, improve methodologies, mitigate operational risk, and deliver strategic technology and process initiatives.

Performs independent validation of complex financial models across credit risk, lending, valuation, forecasting, and optimization. Evaluates model methodology, assumptions, documentation, performance, implementation, and governance controls. Prepares validation reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and governance committees. Partners with model owners and risk teams on regulatory examinations, audits, and model risk governance, while mentoring junior team members.

Conducts quantitative market-risk analytics and stress testing, including scenario design, implementation, results analysis, reporting, and statistical analysis of large datasets. Supports model development, validation, model risk management, documentation, process improvement, and strategic quantitative work planning. Collaborates with technology teams, model stakeholders, and senior management to communicate validation outcomes, challenge methodologies, and identify risks. May manage and develop associates.

Lead legal-entity controllership activities including US GAAP and local GAAP (IFRS) accounting, month-end close, regulatory and external reporting, intercompany reconciliation, variance analysis, financial governance and board packs. Partner with Treasury, Product Finance and business teams to resolve reporting issues, support audits, drive process improvements and implement systems changes while ensuring controls and timely stakeholder communication.

Lead legal entity controllership activities including month‑end US GAAP and local GAAP close, regulatory and management reporting, intercompany reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, process improvement, stakeholder management, and driving finance transformation and automation initiatives across product lines.

Manage and produce IRRBB and CSRBB reporting and analysis across regions, partner with global teams to deliver controlled, timely forecasts of balance sheet and NII, resolve data issues with technology teams, improve processes and implement new reporting requirements, and present analytical commentary to stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end project management of valuation and regulatory deliverables for Global Valuation Group. Plan regulatory engagements, manage stakeholders, prepare submissions, track milestones, escalate and resolve issues, present to CFO leadership, drive process standardization, valuation model governance, market-data and back-testing projects, and identify/govern AI and automation opportunities with Technology partners.

Leads legal entity financial control and reporting across US GAAP and local GAAP requirements. Responsibilities include month-end close, accounting review, reconciliations, intercompany break resolution, regulatory and management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, audit support, governance, risk escalation, stakeholder communication, and finance transformation initiatives.
