Provides technical leadership for enterprise expense reporting and data enablement solutions. Transforms raw data and business requirements into scalable, automated reporting using Starburst, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and AI tools. Leads architecture, testing, controls, process improvement, risk management, project delivery, and production enhancements while mentoring global teams. Analyzes financial data and presents insights to senior leaders across consumer banking, wealth, and investment management.

Manages medium- and large-scale finance system and process projects across multiple lines of business. Analyze and explain valuation results, maintain procedures, improve methodologies, support automation and system development, and collaborate with Front Office, Finance, and Global Valuations Group stakeholders. The role also requires strong governance, regulatory awareness, issue escalation, communication, and process enhancement skills.

Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput Core Java trading applications. Lead architecture, ensure performant and secure code, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with business and infrastructure teams, and leverage GenAI/Copilot to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.

Lead data management for Funding and Investment products: partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues, perform SQL-based analysis and reconciliations, develop controls and test cases, support regulatory reporting, audits, automation, documentation, and process improvements.

Serve as a subject matter expert in Structured Trade Review, independently reviewing complex OTC derivative transactions across asset classes. Validate trade economics, ensure accurate trade capture and controls, partner with Front Office, Technology, Risk and Product Control, drive process improvements and automation, and perform data analysis to mitigate operational and valuation risks.

Lead development and enhancement of quantitative and qualitative stress‑testing and forecasting models for Global Markets. Own regulatory inputs (CCAR, RRP), run stakeholder review/challenge sessions, ensure data and infrastructure integrity, drive process improvements, and train the team while engaging senior global finance, front office, and risk stakeholders.

Lead PMO activities for medium-to-large finance and regulatory change programs across global regions. Track delivery, prioritize portfolio demand, enforce SDLC and Agile readiness, report program health and metrics, manage stakeholders, and drive resolution of risks, issues and dependencies.

Provide market and portfolio analytics, reporting, and trade lifecycle support for Global Equities. Deliver market research, MIS, governance reporting, risk controls, process automation, and partner cross-functionally to support business initiatives and operational excellence.

Produce and deliver daily P&L for Treasury/Fixed Income/FX trading desks; reconcile P&L to trader estimates and sub-ledgers; perform front-to-back analysis, month-end controls, and Greeks-based risk analysis; liaise with Front/Middle Office, Risk, Ops and Technology; drive process improvements, perform UAT/testing, and remediate issues while maintaining control and operational risk standards.
