Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and executive teams to improve margins and manufacturing efficiency. Lead ERP enhancements, process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and accurate reporting across regional businesses.

Supports sales with technical product selection, sizing, configuration, and proposals for valves, pipes, fittings, and engineered systems. Interprets customer drawings to create bills of materials, develops plant layout concepts, coordinates customized assemblies and prefabrication, and provides technical support during project execution and site visits. Tracks materials with supply chain teams, manages project risks, responds to technical inquiries, and ensures accurate documentation aligned with company standards.

Coordinate import and export orders, overseas suppliers, customs formalities, freight forwarders, transporters, and cargo deliveries. Maintain EXIM transaction reports, process system entries, verify service-provider invoices, manage shipment updates across departments, and resolve discrepancies involving damaged or short-received materials.
