Serve as the front-line contact for visitors, students, and crew. Manage front desk operations, answer and route calls and emails, schedule appointments, maintain records and visitor logs, coordinate with internal departments, assist with conference/briefing room logistics, and support simulator guest coordination while delivering professional customer service.

Provide IT support, monitoring, and maintenance for Level-D full-flight simulator infrastructure: servers, networks, host/IOS stations, backups, cybersecurity, and OEM tools. Ensure DGCA IT compliance and documentation, deliver real-time support during simulator sessions, coordinate OEM diagnostics and updates, and maintain office desktops, AV, email, and endpoint protection in a 24/7 shift environment.
