The Data Engineering Manager will lead and grow the Data Engineering team, managing execution of key data initiatives and mentoring engineers while building scalable data platforms across business lines.

Lead design and implementation of developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to optimize engineering workflows. Troubleshoot bottlenecks, maintain developer infrastructure, produce documentation and training, gather developer feedback, and collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and product teams to improve developer productivity and satisfaction.

The role involves building and maintaining automated test suites, collaborating with teams to ensure software quality, analyzing test results, and mentoring junior engineers.
