The Data Engineering Manager will lead and grow the Data Engineering team, managing execution of key data initiatives and mentoring engineers while building scalable data platforms across business lines.

Lead design and implementation of developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to optimize engineering workflows. Troubleshoot bottlenecks, maintain developer infrastructure, produce documentation and training, gather developer feedback, and collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and product teams to improve developer productivity and satisfaction.

As a hands-on data engineer, you'll build and enhance scalable data platforms, develop data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to improve data solutions and system performance.
