Owns Core HR process automation and HRIS implementation across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include mapping and redesigning HR workflows, configuring HRIS approvals and self-service processes, supporting requirements gathering, testing, data migration and deployment, monitoring workflow performance, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with HR, technology teams, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

Manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, builds candidate networks, maintains recruitment metrics, coordinates interviews, and delivers a positive candidate experience. Requires familiarity with IT roles and technologies, particularly cloud-based Oracle and Azure positions, plus recruitment platforms and office productivity tools.

Manage and troubleshoot WordPress websites, including updates, security, backups, hosting, integrations, SEO, analytics, performance, and change tracking. Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and network devices. Maintain IT asset records, network documentation, and support tickets. Assist with ISO 27001 audits by preparing evidence, maintaining policies and control registers, tracking audit actions, and supporting security hygiene across the office network.
