Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions across Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite environments. Define accounting rules, mapping sets, and event models; integrate external subledgers with Oracle General Ledger; translate finance requirements into configurations; design interfaces and data flows; conduct end-to-end testing; troubleshoot accounting issues; and document setups, mappings, and integration logic.

Supports business transformation, operational improvement, and technology delivery initiatives through project planning, governance, reporting, requirements gathering, process mapping, data-flow analysis, documentation, and stakeholder workshops. The role identifies process simplification and automation opportunities, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks risks and dependencies, and produces business requirements, functional specifications, workflow maps, data mappings, and impact assessments.

Owns Core HR process automation and HRIS implementation across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include mapping and redesigning HR workflows, configuring HRIS approvals and self-service processes, supporting requirements gathering, testing, data migration and deployment, monitoring workflow performance, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with HR, technology teams, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.
