Manage transportation planning and vehicle placement to ensure on-time dispatches. Monitor shipments end-to-end, resolve issues, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Customers, and Transporters. Operate and optimize the TMS for planning, tracking, reporting, and data integrity. Prepare and analyze dispatch, utilization reports and KPIs to improve service levels and efficiency.

The Assistant Key Account Manager is responsible for strategizing and executing account management activities to achieve targets, manage customer expectations, coordinate with marketing, and monitor performance metrics.

Manage e-commerce key accounts (Amazon and other online retailers): plan strategies, negotiate trade terms, coordinate promotions and offtake plans with Digital Account Manager, present JBP and conduct quarterly reviews, and expand presence across online channels to drive profitable growth.
