The Assistant Key Account Manager is responsible for strategizing and executing account management activities to achieve targets, manage customer expectations, coordinate with marketing, and monitor performance metrics.

Leads national sales strategy and execution for branded consumer products across distribution and trade channels. Owns sales, profitability, merchandising, trade budgets, receivables, pricing, margins, reporting, and new product targets. Develops market and customer plans, establishes objectives, analyzes performance, and drives corrective actions. Manages 6–8 direct reports while collaborating with marketing, supply chain, finance, regional, global, and external stakeholders. Requires frequent travel and strong commercial, analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Coordinates customer orders, shipments, invoicing, returns, claims, receivables, pricing, discounts, and customer master data in SAP. Schedules warehouse shipments, monitors service levels and delivery times, coordinates with transport companies, and supports sales and marketing campaigns. Maintains records for marketing materials, product samples, shipping documents, and write-offs while collaborating with warehouse, accounting, controlling, sales, marketing, customers, suppliers, and forwarders.
