Manage index and ETF portfolios to meet investment objectives and constraints, apply quantitative models and hedging strategies, control tracking error and risk, implement trading and tax-efficient techniques, influence ETF platform development, evaluate product launches, and collaborate across teams to execute initiatives.

Responsible for day-to-day mutual fund expense management, TER monitoring, expense analysis, regulatory and internal reporting, reconciliations, controls, and exception management. Support automation and process improvement using Power BI, Alteryx, Excel/VBA, and AI tools while preparing MIS, dashboards, and supporting regulatory initiatives.

Manage and implement product-driven changes for cross-border funds, coordinating legal, compliance, marketing, operations and technology. Lead project documentation, research, continuous improvement, fund launches, and support senior team members.
