Teams at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Manage and supervise hotel maintenance operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire & safety systems. Oversee preventive maintenance, stock/control of parts and tools, meter readings and utility consumption reporting. Support hiring, training, scheduling, vendor procurement, projects, energy conservation and ensure safety and compliance across the property.

Supervise day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Audit, Procurement & Stores on rotation. Process payroll, maintain general ledger, manage vendor payments and reconciliations, oversee day audit and credit card operations, coordinate purchasing and storeroom activities, support month-end close, and train/lead finance staff while ensuring compliance and strong controls.

Assist the PR Manager to enhance resort visibility, manage media relationships, execute PR plans, and oversee digital marketing initiatives.
