Teams at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Manage hotel finance and accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, tax reporting, cash management, audits, internal controls, and expense monitoring. Lead, train, and develop the Finance team while partnering with the Director of Finance and hotel departments. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, agreements, payment controls, inventory procedures, and reporting standards.

Supports the PR Manager in developing and executing public relations and marketing initiatives for the hotel. Responsibilities include media relations, publicity programs, editorial pitches, PR planning, e-newsletters, email broadcasts, website updates, social media coordination, marketing collateral proofreading, sales presentation materials, and monthly scorecard reporting. The role also assists with guest inquiries, site inspections, promotional campaigns, and maintaining image and video libraries while ensuring brand standards.

Supports the hotel’s IT department by maintaining critical property systems, servers, networks, Active Directory, communications infrastructure, security tools, backups, and user accounts. Provides 24/7 troubleshooting and technical support to hotel guests, staff, conference services, and administrative users. Assists with technology implementations, system upgrades, vendor management, documentation, disaster recovery, and compliance with corporate IT standards and service requirements.
