Teams at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition for hotel operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, leadership recruitment, university partnerships, employer branding, vendor management, and candidate experience. Partners with business and HR leaders to forecast staffing needs, develop cost-effective recruiting strategies, monitor team performance, maintain Workday records, and report talent acquisition KPIs. Also supports employee development, student placements, hotel tours, People and Culture activities, and management duties.

Manage hotel finance and accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, tax reporting, cash management, audits, internal controls, and expense monitoring. Lead, train, and develop the Finance team while partnering with the Director of Finance and hotel departments. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, agreements, payment controls, inventory procedures, and reporting standards.

Supports the PR Manager in developing and executing public relations and marketing initiatives for the hotel. Responsibilities include media relations, publicity programs, editorial pitches, PR planning, e-newsletters, email broadcasts, website updates, social media coordination, marketing collateral proofreading, sales presentation materials, and monthly scorecard reporting. The role also assists with guest inquiries, site inspections, promotional campaigns, and maintaining image and video libraries while ensuring brand standards.
