Manage end-to-end proposal processes for low-to-medium complexity opportunities: review RFIs/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, prepare budgets/quotes/text, facilitate meetings, ensure timely high-quality deliverables, support negotiations and client interactions, maintain content library and data entry, and assist onboarding and process improvements.
