Designs, analyzes, quotes, tests, and sustains mechanical products including injection-molded, welded, overmolded, and sheet-metal components. Develops SolidWorks models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation while applying DFM, DFA, GD&T, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and value engineering principles. Reviews prototypes and test results, supports production launches and engineering changes, investigates product issues, and implements corrective actions. Collaborates with sales, manufacturing, quality, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams, with domestic and international travel as required.

Leads SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Configures procurement, inventory, invoice verification, master data, release strategies, and stock transfers. Performs requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, data migration, production support, incident management, and user training. Collaborates with SAP PP and FI, SD, WM/EWM, and PM teams to support integrated manufacturing and business processes.
