Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers; demonstrate products; develop customers; forecast demand; monitor competitors; support channel partners; identify market opportunities; participate in trade events; and coach field teams. The role also requires maintaining sales records, developing product strategies, using digital platforms for awareness, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and crop marketing teams.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director’s office in Mumbai. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting and event coordination, preparation of agendas and briefing materials, stakeholder liaison, confidential records management, correspondence, procurement, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and experience supporting senior executives.
