Teams at Flex-N-Gate

Designs, analyzes, quotes, tests, and sustains mechanical products including molded, welded, and sheet metal components. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, layouts, and BOMs; applies DFM, DFA, GD&T, FMEA, APQP, and value engineering. Reviews prototypes and test results, investigates product issues, supports manufacturing and quality teams, manages engineering changes, and ensures compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. The role also involves customer coordination, product development planning, reverse engineering, and domestic and international travel.

Leads SAP MM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support. Configures procure-to-pay, purchasing, inventory, invoice verification, release strategies, master data, and stock transport orders. Partners with business users on requirements, solution design, testing, migration, cutover, hypercare, and training. Coordinates ABAP developments and integrates SAP MM with PP, FI, SD, WM/EWM, and PM for manufacturing processes.
