Lead end-to-end MSME credit-risk analytics, including scorecard and predictive model development, bureau feature engineering, portfolio monitoring, validation, early-warning analysis, and proofs of concept. Translate analytical results into client-ready recommendations for banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and lenders. Own pre-sales solutioning, review analytical work, mentor analysts, and ensure strong governance, documentation, reproducibility, and implementation readiness.

Manage regulatory compliance activities, including stakeholder coordination, regulatory inspections, issue tracking, governance reporting, compliance testing, data requests, and regulatory advice. The role supports risk assessment, control recommendations, compliance training, regulatory monitoring, and development of strong relationships with business units, regulators, Legal, and Risk teams.

Leads Experian India's enterprise data strategy, governance, acquisition, partnerships, commercialization, and alternative-data initiatives. The role manages data ecosystems including Open Banking, Account Aggregator, DigiLocker, and consent-based frameworks while enabling product, analytics, risk, fraud, identity, lending, and commercial solutions. Responsibilities include data investment planning, licensing negotiations, data monetization, proprietary asset enhancement, regulatory compliance, strategic transformation, and collaboration with regional and global teams.
