Manage a portfolio of financial-services clients through proactive communication, profiling, onboarding, and relationship support. Ensure accurate Source of Funds documentation, KYC and AML compliance, identify churn and risk signals, validate client information, and escalate concerns. Provide high-quality service across calls, chats, email, and face-to-face interactions while collaborating with compliance, operations, and support teams. The role requires Chinese and English fluency, strong financial-product knowledge, analytical skills, and experience using Salesforce and Tableau.

Provide multilingual (Chinese/English) customer support via chat, phone, and email; verify client documents; escalate issues using Salesforce or Jira; update clients and prepare reports; meet quarterly KPIs and attend required training.

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll provide technical support, resolve client issues, and manage requests using Salesforce and Jira while ensuring excellent service communication in Arabic and Turkish.
