Manage a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients through proactive relationship management, remote communication, profiling, and retention activities. Ensure Source of Funds and KYC documentation is accurate and complete, identify churn and compliance risks, maintain regulatory records, and escalate issues appropriately. Provide high-quality service across communication channels while collaborating with operations, compliance, and support teams. The role requires strong Chinese and English communication skills, financial-services experience, and familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.

Provide multilingual (Chinese/English) customer support via chat, phone, and email; verify client documents; escalate issues using Salesforce or Jira; update clients and prepare reports; meet quarterly KPIs and attend required training.

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll provide technical support, resolve client issues, and manage requests using Salesforce and Jira while ensuring excellent service communication in Arabic and Turkish.
