Provide presales and post-sales technical support and solution design for F5 technologies (LTM, WAF, DNS). Run customer workshops, demos, troubleshooting, optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Support sales and partner teams by qualifying technical requirements, delivering product demos and POCs, leading technical discovery, responding to RFPs, and designing cloud backup and data protection solutions while feeding market feedback to product and sales teams.

Provide technical pre-sales and engineering support for Thales data security products (Luna HSM, payShield, CipherTrust). Architect, deploy, and maintain HSMs and key management, integrate with applications via PKCS#11/CNG/JCA, implement data-at-rest protections, map solutions to compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR, DPDP), execute PoCs, and advise enterprise/cloud architectures.

Design, implement, and validate Thales-based security architectures (Luna HSM, CipherTrust, payShield) for PKI, digital signing, and payment systems. Lead POCs, ensure regulatory and FIPS compliance, manage HSM/HA/partitioning architectures, enable channel partners with technical training, and support tokenization, transparent encryption, and cloud key management deployments.

Pre-Sales Engineer engages customers and sales teams to design and propose Infoblox DDI-based network security solutions. Responsibilities include technical presentations, product demos, POCs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, solution documentation, OEM/partner relationships, and supporting post-sales handover and implementation.
