Partners with technical and business teams to support application enhancements, testing, user acceptance, defect resolution, release validation, documentation, training, and access controls. Uses SQL and Excel to investigate data issues and validate system outputs while collaborating with developers, data teams, product leaders, vendors, and health plan stakeholders.
