Responsibilities include sizing systems, preparing installation manuals and engineering drawings, assisting global agents and customers with technical queries and troubleshooting, analyzing vessel log sheets, and maintaining system and service information in Salesforce. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to undertake training.
