The Ethereum Community Fund (ECF) is building a platform and shared infrastructure to improve the coordination of information across cryptocurrency projects. Its mission is to provide the community with clear, digestible context to discover and support credible, accountable, and legitimate web3 projects and public goods, moving away from 'black box' operations toward transparent, collective intelligence.
