Teams at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)

Provides operational and client support for investment accounting, financial reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and related inquiries. Builds client relationships, validates investment data, resolves complex issues, manages workflow against quality and productivity metrics, and supports long-term projects. Also trains and coaches junior staff and oversees their work.

Design and develop scalable, high-performance software in distributed, real-time, and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business and client needs, maintain software engineering excellence, and communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders. The role supports FinTech solutions across front-office, order management, portfolio management, and asset management domains.

Designs, builds, deploys, tests, and maintains reliable software systems. Responsibilities include solving complex problems, mentoring junior engineers, leading design discussions, coordinating integrations, improving performance and security, resolving production incidents, and addressing customer needs. Requires strong software architecture knowledge, analytical and communication skills, teamwork, documentation, and continuous learning. A computer science or related degree and at least four years of software development experience are required.
