Teams at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)

Build Python automation and tooling to provision, monitor, and support client deployments across AWS and Azure. Standardize environments with IaC (Terraform), improve fleet-wide observability, convert runbooks into automated remediation and self-service tools, extend provisioning pipelines, and collaborate with onboarding and support teams to reduce operational toil.

Owns and leads a financial technology product, managing its backlog, requirements, roadmap, feature development, releases, and client adoption. Collaborates with developers, clients, prospects, sales, operations, and technology teams to drive product growth and business results. Serves as a subject matter expert in alternative investments, supports sales, leads a team of 8–15 developers, and guides organizational processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Creates and manages data connections, validates and transforms external portfolio data, and normalizes datasets into Clearwater’s standardized format. Automates process monitoring and reporting, integrates APIs and FTPs, and improves auto-reconciliation through feed analysis and solution development. The role supports operational and development requests, troubleshoots data issues, documents workflows, communicates technical concepts to stakeholders, and participates in light on-call support.
