Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) Offices

Performs hedge fund and asset management data migration into Enfusion, including trade, position, cash, P&L, NAV, trial balance, and financial statement reconciliations. Processes corporate actions, accruals, tax lots, options, swaps, and FX rolls; investigates breaks and validates migrated data against fund administrator records. Acts as a subject matter expert, resolves operational issues, provides project updates, and supports client projects.

Provides operational and client support for investment accounting, financial reporting, asset classes, and electronic trading workflows. Manages account setup, compliance, reconciliations, client lockdowns, FIX connectivity, EMS staging, and drop-copy requests. Troubleshoots investment data and transactions using internal tools and third-party market data. Prioritizes workflow based on quality and productivity metrics, collaborates across teams, manages projects, and coaches junior staff.

Own technical programs from ambiguity through delivery, creating charters, roadmaps, milestones, risk registries, and reporting. Coordinate engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders while applying agile and waterfall methodologies. Translate technical complexity for executives and engage credibly on infrastructure, architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and software delivery. The role also supports program budgeting, resource management, OKR/KPI alignment, and development of scalable TPM practices.
