Designs, builds, deploys, tests, and maintains reliable software systems. Responsibilities include solving complex problems, mentoring junior engineers, leading design discussions, coordinating integrations, improving performance and security, resolving production incidents, and addressing customer needs. Requires strong software architecture knowledge, analytical and communication skills, teamwork, documentation, and continuous learning. A computer science or related degree and at least four years of software development experience are required.

Develop scalable, high-performance software in distributed, cloud-based environments. Build real-time and asynchronous event-driven systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, align engineering strategies with business needs, and maintain software engineering excellence. The role requires Java development, messaging-system experience, strong design skills, and clear stakeholder communication, with preferred experience in FinTech, investment management technology, Groovy, Bash, Python, and AI technologies.

Build and manage data connections, validate and normalize incoming portfolio files, automate monitoring and reporting, improve auto-reconciliation via data mining and transformations, support operations and development requests, and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Participate in light on-call duties.
