Leads end-to-end DCS project engineering, including hardware and panel design, network architecture, procurement, bills of material, documentation, and technical reviews. Performs site walk-downs, I/O preparation, panel integration, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and functional testing. Coordinates with customers, vendors, subcontractors, manufacturing teams, and geographically distributed colleagues. Requires an engineering degree, 8–12 years of DCS project experience, familiarity with PLC/DCS platforms and industrial communication protocols, and approximately 40% travel.

Supports project financial planning and administration by updating budgets, forecasts, invoices, cost transfers, revenue events, and EAC reports. Manages project setup and closure in Oracle and Clarity, maintains task codes, adjusts resources and timesheets, coordinates resource allocations, and administers contracts throughout project lifecycles.

Lead regional sales for Emerson’s Isolation Valves portfolio, delivering revenue targets and market growth. Build relationships with key accounts, OEMs, EPCs, end users, and channel partners; identify projects and expand installed-base opportunities through consultative selling. Manage pipelines, forecasts, customer engagement plans, presentations, and complex sales cycles while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and operations. Coach stakeholders and support strategic account development across industrial and process automation markets.
