Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large control system projects: define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables; coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; manage change control, EAC, and compliance; communicate status via reports and dashboards while building long-term customer relationships.

The role involves executing small projects, supporting DeltaV upgrades, implementing cybersecurity solutions, and providing technical support for customers, while ensuring alignment with service standards and contributing to revenue growth.

Lead supplier management, transfer programs, and root-cause corrective actions to improve supplier delivery and quality. Monitor KPIs (RDSL, DPPM), drive supplier development and capacity/stocking programs, coordinate with engineering and operations, and ensure suppliers use Structured Problem Solving, Lean and Six Sigma.
