Own strategic, high-value eProduct renewals across West India, managing complex negotiations, public tenders, consortiums, channel partners, and at-risk revenue. Build executive relationships, maintain Salesforce forecasts using MEDDPICC, convert customer value and usage data into retention and expansion outcomes, develop competitive positioning, and coach peers. This senior individual contributor role partners closely with Customer Success and Product teams and requires up to 50% travel.

Leads a team of scientific data analysts supporting Reaxys, Embase, and future AI-enabled life sciences platforms. Oversees search and API quality evaluation, data discoverability, testing, feature releases, customer-focused insights, and quality standards. Uses scientific expertise, data analysis, scripting, databases, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled testing workflows to improve platform reliability and relevance. Coordinates stakeholders, advances projects, documents work, and presents recommendations for product and data improvements.

Drives growth through complex, high-value sales opportunities across data, analytics, AI, and SaaS solutions. Owns the full sales cycle, expands executive stakeholder networks, supports strategic renewals, leads workshops, and communicates measurable customer value. Partners with account managers and cross-functional teams in enterprise, academic, and government environments. Extensive regional travel and engagement with senior stakeholders are required.
