Own a mid-market territory, generate outbound pipeline, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, and lead complex SaaS sales cycles. Present Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security solutions through tailored storytelling and demos. Manage mutual close plans, maintain forecast accuracy, negotiate multi-year consumption contracts, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps. The role requires strong executive communication, technical cloud fluency, negotiation skills, and consistent quota-carrying success.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive demand for Elastic solutions in new Enterprise accounts, manage the sales cycle, and build relationships with customers.

Serve as technical presales lead for Elastic in the region: advise sales and partners, design architectures using the Elastic Stack, drive technical wins, represent Elastic at events, onboard and enable partners, and communicate customer feedback to engineering and leadership.
