Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, GAAP, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Maintains sales pipeline data quality across CRM systems by auditing, cleaning, and correcting records; resolving duplicates and stale opportunities; enforcing data standards; preparing hygiene reports, dashboards, and exception lists; supporting forecasting and pipeline reviews; documenting procedures; assisting CRM users; and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Manage accounts and finance functions for the India office, including monthly book closure, MIS reporting, tax and GST compliance, invoice and vendor payments, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and audit coordination. Oversee office administration, procurement, inventory, landlord and vendor coordination, meeting documentation, and employee transportation services. Maintain accurate records and communicate with management, staff, and external partners.
