Develop and optimize small language models using Hugging Face, TRL, LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT. Develop scalable Python backend services and secure APIs while designing and maintaining automated UI and backend testing frameworks. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, support unit through end-to-end testing, identify and track defects, and contribute to code reviews and quality standards. The role bridges software development and quality assurance in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Lead and execute data and permission migration projects from on-premises and cloud sources to Egnyte. Liaise with customers and internal teams to monitor, report, troubleshoot, and escalate migration jobs. Drive technical discussions, provide implementation support, and ensure successful deployment and adoption while following SOPs and maintaining customer communication.
