Manages the assigned Mumbai territory for Edwards’ Transcatheter Heart Valve business. Builds relationships with cardiologists, clinical teams, customers, and market influencers; develops and closes medical device sales opportunities; identifies growth areas; and executes regional plans to achieve sales targets. Requires strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, physiology, customer organizations, competing products, and the medical device selling environment.

Leads Workday Core HCM and Talent configuration, solution design, testing, releases, reporting, and support. Partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable HR technology solutions, improve employee experiences, maintain data quality, manage functional workstreams, support governance and compliance, and drive process automation and adoption.

Manages Workday HRIS architecture and technical operations across reporting, security, payroll configuration, integrations, and solution design. Develops advanced reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and automation; oversees integrations, payroll interfaces, testing, issue resolution, and release impacts. Administers security controls, audits, governance, documentation, and compliance. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable global solutions while mentoring team members and driving process improvements.

Drives medical device sales growth and market share across Tamil Nadu and Coimbatore. Manages customer relationships, identifies and closes new business, executes territory plans, and provides clinical expertise on structural heart therapies. The role requires knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, physiology, surgical devices, customer organizations, competitors, and regional market dynamics.

The Senior Engineer will develop and deploy machine learning models and workflows, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care through innovative solutions.
