Senior HR Executive responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, preparing offer/appointment/NDA/relieving/experience letters, managing new-joiner formalities (biometric, device provisioning, bank account assistance), maintaining employee records, conducting background verifications, completing exit formalities, overseeing reception and housekeeping checks, verifying petty expenses, coordinating employee engagement and vendor agreements, and assisting senior HR leads.

Manage day-to-day accounting for Santacruz East office and Palghar plant including ledger entries, invoicing, AP/AR, bank and ledger reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, basic MIS and financial statements, audit support, and vendor coordination.
