Audit technical tickets, enforce compliance (SLA, escalation, RCA, public updates), run closed-loop feedback with operations, produce dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly), manage queue hygiene and aged-ticket audits, represent quality in client reviews, and drive process improvements using Excel or BI tooling.
