The role requires developing expertise in exchange-traded derivatives and financial markets while delivering strong client service.

Manages day-to-day loyalty offer operations, including gathering requirements, configuring offers, coordinating with merchant, IT, e-commerce, and web teams, monitoring execution, troubleshooting issues, and preparing performance reports. Supports marketing budget operations through forecast consolidation, accrual and factor-rate reporting, P&L support, and budget changes. Maintains accurate tracking, communicates risks and status updates, and ensures loyalty offer delivery remains timely and disruption-free.
