Provides application and production support for customer environments, diagnosing incidents, defects, and performance issues. Owns issues through root-cause analysis, resolution, communication, and prevention. Configures, integrates, and extends the platform for customer implementations while collaborating with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and customers. Develops reliable services using testing, debugging, CI/CD, deployment automation, and scalable architecture practices.

Supports SaaS accounts receivable and invoicing for software licensing, maintenance, and professional services. Responsibilities include verifying billing information, resolving invoicing inquiries, delivering invoices through systems such as Ariba and Coupa, maintaining Workday Financials documentation, following up on overdue payments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounts receivable policies.

Provides senior-level functional application support for Duck Creek Reinsurance. Owns complex client issues from investigation through resolution, translates business needs into configurations and enhancements, coordinates with Product, Engineering, and Cloud Operations, and supports testing, releases, and post-release stabilization. Monitors service performance, develops support documentation, mentors analysts, manages client communications, and drives continuous improvement. Requires application support, business analysis, enterprise software, and reinsurance experience.
