Delivers customer implementation projects by configuring, integrating, and extending a SaaS platform. Owns technical handoffs, production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, debugging, deployment automation, monitoring, and reusable configurations. Collaborates with customers, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to create maintainable solutions and feed recurring issues back into the product.

Provides application and production support for customer environments, diagnosing incidents, defects, and performance issues. Owns issues through root-cause analysis, resolution, communication, and prevention. Configures, integrates, and extends the platform for customer implementations while collaborating with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and customers. Develops reliable services using testing, debugging, CI/CD, deployment automation, and scalable architecture practices.

Provides senior-level functional application support for Duck Creek Reinsurance. Owns complex client issues from investigation through resolution, translates business needs into configurations and enhancements, coordinates with Product, Engineering, and Cloud Operations, and supports testing, releases, and post-release stabilization. Monitors service performance, develops support documentation, mentors analysts, manages client communications, and drives continuous improvement. Requires application support, business analysis, enterprise software, and reinsurance experience.
