The Principal Software Architect leads architectural practices across multiple teams, integrating modern technologies like AI/ML and cloud-native solutions while mentoring and collaborating on strategic initiatives.

Provides frontline technical support to end users through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and device-management issues; documents incidents and resolutions; maintains knowledge resources; monitors service desk metrics; performs root-cause analysis; supports onboarding, offboarding, office access, and IT projects; trains users; and collaborates with IT, Security, Facilities, HR, and external office-services teams while following security and IT service-management practices.

Lead strategy for Platform Services domains (eventing, data movement, notifications, developer platform). Define roadmap, conduct market/competitive research, represent strategy to executives and customers, drive cross-product adoption, evaluate agentic AI opportunities, and partner with product owners and engineering on sequencing and launch readiness.

Manage and support Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments: install, configure, automate, monitor, patch, troubleshoot, and document infrastructure. Provide on-call support, participate in projects, and collaborate to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Lead and manage multiple agile engineering teams for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Own people management, strategic planning, resource and budget oversight, technical leadership, CI/CD and production quality, and stakeholder governance. Drive process improvements, risk/dependency management, and mentor team leaders while ensuring delivery of resilient, observable software with AI/ML integration.
