Leads DNV India’s training services strategy, portfolio, revenue, budgets, partnerships, market development, and course delivery. Manages and develops training, sales, and operations teams; oversees trainer competence, learning offerings, digital platforms, and collaboration with global stakeholders. Drives business growth through market research, lead generation, key account development, new service launches, and strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with international management system standards and DNV’s global strategy.

Supports sales and planning for industrial product certification services covering hazardous areas, welding, pressure equipment, construction products, machinery, and batteries. Responsibilities include vendor registration, client follow-up, quotation preparation, NGQ data entry, technical approval coordination, activity scheduling, technical team coordination, invoicing coordination, and IORA creation. Requires strong knowledge of industrial product certification, EU directives, customer service, communication, and Oracle applications.

Drive business development for DNV’s Industrial Product Assurance portfolio across India. Generate leads, secure new accounts, build sales pipelines, achieve sales targets, identify and meet prospective clients, organize seminars, participate in exhibitions, and expand the customer base. The role requires extensive industrial product certification business development experience, knowledge of relevant EU directives, strong communication, presentation, customer service, and proactive sales skills.
