Leads independent safety assessments for complex railway signalling and other rail systems. Reviews safety cases, hazard logs, risk assessments, assurance arguments, verification and validation evidence, and compliance with CENELEC standards. Coordinates assessment plans, audits, inspections, test witnessing, findings, and final reports. Provides impartial technical judgments, leads multidisciplinary teams, manages stakeholders, and evaluates safety risks, requirements, interfaces, and residual risk acceptance across the project lifecycle.

Manage financial governance, project controlling, customer invoicing, accounts receivable collection, subcontractor purchase orders, invoice matching, project system maintenance, Oracle and iI2 data integration, month-end WIP accruals, project reviews, and audit or tax queries. The role also supports process improvements and coordinates with country teams and shared services to ensure accurate financial closing and reporting.
