Lead and execute talent acquisition efforts for large functions, partnering with hiring managers to design sourcing and hiring strategies, manage complex senior and technical searches, track metrics, and ensure positive candidate experiences while supporting diversity initiatives and vendor/agency relationships.

Manage and resolve service delivery issues via call center ticketing, act as customer escalation point, collaborate with product/sales teams, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and track recalls and call history until resolution.

Develop, design, and implement high-quality, testable C++ applications. Write scalable, maintainable code, create and run unit tests, follow Agile practices, and work with databases. Apply strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
