Support PMO governance and project delivery for IB Transformation initiatives: track deadlines, manage milestone change controls, update project tools (dbClarity, MSP), maintain SharePoint artefacts, assist reporting, and engage stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.

Support strategic and operational activities for Wealth Management Business Lending and WM BL COO, coordinating central topics, driving automation and process efficiencies, managing performance metrics (DACB, FTE), collaborating with global teams, and preparing senior-management materials and dashboards.

Provide hands-on administrative support to onshore Managing Directors: manage calendars, compile meeting documents, handle travel and expense claims, track onboarding/offboarding infrastructure, raise purchase orders, maintain communications and seating/DB records, and coordinate IT support and basic reporting.
