Manage and operate GFCT Business Control Unit controls, oversee front-office operational risk, audit remediation, governance forum support, analytics for decision-making, and liaison with stakeholders to ensure control effectiveness across FIC products.

Lead end-to-end management consulting projects across business and infrastructure functions, translating strategic problems into AI-enabled use cases, driving hypothesis-led analytics, and delivering senior‑level recommendations. Serve as primary client contact, prepare Board‑level materials, supervise and coach junior consultants, contribute to knowledge resources, and support internal strategic initiatives while ensuring governance, risk awareness, and cross‑regional collaboration.
