Creates motion graphics, animations, video edits, storyboards, and visual assets for digital, social media, video, and integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborates with creative, client servicing, production, and vendor teams; adapts content across platforms; manages multiple projects; supports pitches; and ensures high-quality, on-brand delivery within deadlines.

Leads the design, development, optimization, and support of scalable data engineering and database marketing solutions. Builds and maintains ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks, develops technical designs, troubleshoots production issues, conducts code reviews, and manages delivery across small project teams. Collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders, documents architectural decisions, mentors team members, and ensures reliable workflow orchestration and stakeholder communication.

Supports HR Business Partners with Tier 2 case resolution, HR strategy implementation, employee relations, career and performance development, engagement, change management, workforce analytics, and process improvement. Maintains Workday data integrity, produces HR reports and insights, supports managers, and ensures effective execution of HR processes and initiatives. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, data analysis, knowledge of local labor law, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
