The Director of Account Management will oversee client relationships, project management, and collaboration among teams to provide exceptional digital marketing solutions while driving account growth and executing integrated communication plans.

Design and document solution architectures, evaluate options for time/cost/compliance, ensure governance and due diligence, oversee and assure quality of solutions delivered by junior solution architects, and shepherd solutions through delivery for internal and external clients.

Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization solutions. Architect data models, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, audience activation, and real-time personalization. Integrate MarTech systems, ensure data quality and privacy compliance, optimize performance, troubleshoot integrations, mentor engineers, and support journey orchestration and audience segmentation.
