Teams at Decentralized Masters

Provides hands-on tier 1 and tier 2 information systems support across the Catalyst Capital group. Responsibilities include managed-device setup and troubleshooting, access-control requests, identity verification before access changes, ticket documentation, and routing tier 3 issues. The role follows established security and infrastructure standards, escalates decisions appropriately, and communicates calmly with blocked staff. It is fully remote, full-time, EST, and has no people-management responsibilities.

Leads a team of 3–4 direct reports delivering automation, workflow, and technical projects across multiple brands. Prioritizes work, assigns project ownership, defines completion criteria, validates implementations, manages team performance, and partners with internal stakeholders. The role requires hands-on familiarity with Zapier, HubSpot, n8n, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI tools such as Claude. The position is fully remote and reports to the Head of Technology.
