Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, campaign and automation development, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. The consultant will manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, resolve functional and technical issues, and ensure delivery standards, governance, and timelines are met.

Leads a Cloud ERP managed services support team, setting objectives, coaching employees, managing capacity and rosters, and overseeing performance. Provides technical leadership, handles escalations, monitors SLA and OLA metrics, and drives incident and problem management. Improves processes, ensures security and compliance, identifies training needs, supports recruitment and performance reviews, and manages continuous knowledge transfer and internal projects.
