Develops and optimizes Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, datasets, DAX measures, and data models. Builds Microsoft Fabric analytics solutions using OneLake, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Warehouses, Data Factory Pipelines, and Direct Lake models. Supports Power BI-to-Fabric migrations, enterprise data modeling, KPI definition, governance, security, workspace access, deployment pipelines, capacity monitoring, and refresh performance optimization.

Provides tier-two, 24x7 managed services support for AWS and Azure production environments. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, reliability engineering, infrastructure automation with Terraform, CI/CD, containerized workload operations, observability, performance and cost optimization, and hybrid-cloud support. The role manages cloud resources, networking, storage, identity, backups, monitoring, Kubernetes deployments, and escalation handling while improving runbooks, automation, service reliability, and operational efficiency.

Supports Oracle Siebel and related customer-facing applications across order management, payments, fulfillment, and customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting scheduled jobs, resolving L1.5–L2 incidents, analyzing JSON payloads and integrations, managing SIQ, PET, and Web Order issues, supporting Linux operations, and processing CCPA privacy requests within SLA requirements.
