Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Eloqua integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, campaign and automation development, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. The consultant will manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, resolve functional and technical issues, and ensure delivery standards, governance, and timelines are met.

Leads a Cloud ERP managed services support team, setting objectives, coaching employees, managing capacity and rosters, and overseeing performance. Provides technical leadership, handles escalations, monitors SLA and OLA metrics, and drives incident and problem management. Improves processes, ensures security and compliance, identifies training needs, supports recruitment and performance reviews, and manages continuous knowledge transfer and internal projects.

Lead discovery workshops and assess PeopleSoft Financials processes, configurations, controls, integrations, reporting, and workarounds. Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities; document recommendations and future-state options; contribute to modernization roadmaps; and present findings to business, IT, and executive stakeholders. The role requires strong PeopleSoft Financials expertise, working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, experience across multiple financial modules, and excellent consulting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
