Lead design and implementation of enterprise data governance programs: frameworks, metadata management, access/security governance, stewardship models, regulatory risk assessments, AI governance, tool selection (Purview/Collibra/Alation), and client-facing advisory and delivery across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role involves managing and maintaining DB2 databases on z/OS, troubleshooting service outages, optimizing performance, and automating tasks. Responsibilities include backup testing, tuning queries, and supporting operations teams. Experience in REXX and various DB2 tools is required, with a preference for database upgrade and patching knowledge.

Design and execute end-to-end data validation for ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud warehouses. Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity; develop complex SQL for analysis; run functional, regression, and integration tests; build automated data test frameworks; collaborate with engineers and product teams; track defects and mentor junior QA engineers.
